Barrel-Aged Primary Element
We aged our classic farmhouse saison in rye whiskey barrels that had previously held our imperial stout. The result is a wonderfully oaked, slightly-winey saison.
Summer Saison Ale
This saison is brewed with a touch of earthy spelt and then dry-hopped for a floral finish. The result is an easy drinker evocative of the summer fields.

Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout
We collaborated with Får North Spirits, a field-to-glass distillery in Minnesota, to put Public Declaration Russian imperial stout into Roknar rye whiskey barrels…creating a smooth, spice-y, and vanilla-y barrel aged stout.
Scottish-Style Strong Ale
Loaded with caramel malts and a touch of roastiness balanced against the light bite of English & American hops. Americanized take on a Scottish “wee heavy” ale.
Brewed with over 100 pounds of malt per barrel and balanced by firm bitterness from American hops, this stout tastes of dark chocolate, cinnamon, and roasted malt.
Sweet smooth roastiness. Drinkable and interesting this session stout gets it’s roastiness from roasted barley balanced by sweet lactose and supported by the rich warm characteristics of Maris Otter barley.
Common Lingo is a lager that translates well to all palates. The toffee nutty malt is balanced by piney woodsy hops.
