Let me be the first to say, this is all new territory....
I’ve been trying to find a balance between photographing Lo Rez beer in my kitchen and taking comfort in solidarity when possible, but mostly just addicted to an over-digestion of news updates, time consuming recipes, and a new fascination with thriller novels - having already consumed every series available on Netflix.
Thankful for good health & a house with good friends that calls for impromptu Wednesday night Shanghai. Missing spring patio hangs at our taproom when we can finally enjoy the weather, and all the new beer & company that comes with it.
I hope this blog series can help reconnect us until we are finally sippin’ beers in the taproom again. Until then…grab a beer & read about some of the people that make up our (beer, art, music, neighborhood, Chicago) community.
