For me, peace of mind can be the hardest issue. I haven’t been good about keeping peace of mind for myself and definitely have suffered more insomnia since the pandemic. I decided to take more control of my runaway mind by using meditation to help me let go of anxious & repetitive thoughts.
I am grateful for the renewed connection to long time friends on a more regular basis. My partner and I long for the woods and wilder places. We look forward to family camping — to fresh air, wood smoke, seeing the stars, morning coffee from enameled cups, hiking, and whiskey by the campfire.”
